This free, virtual webinar is designed to provide critical legal information and answer questions for members of the LGBTQ+ community as we prepare for the upcoming change in administration. Topics include Marriage Equality, Parentage, Family Formation, Gender Markers, Estate Planning, and other key legal concerns.
The webinar will be presented by Claudia D. Work, Esq., a leading family law attorney and LGBTQ+ advocate. Additionally, the event will include interpretation for Deaf and Hard of Hearing attendees to ensure it is accessible to everyone in our community.
