The City of Phoenix Aviation Department is conducting three Business Information Meetings and one Outreach session for concession operators and other interested parties including ACDBE, DBE and potential concessions suppliers, in preparation for the release of competitive Revenue Contract Solicitations (RCS) for Terminal 3 Food and Beverage and Retail concession opportunities. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the Business Information meetings to learn about the scope of the RCS and ask any questions you have on the process. In addition, information will be provided on the Airport’s Small Business Program. The outreach session on May 9th will be a matchmaking event for small businesses to meet and connect with prime businesses through timed scheduled sessions. The purpose of this matchmaking event is to create a space for potential partnerships to be built in preparation for bidding on these concession opportunities. These RCS will offer up to five contracting opportunities.
