I have lived in Phoenix since 2005 and I take great pride in our community. I am honored to have served on the Board of Directors for the GPGLCC since 2014. Currently I serve as the vice chair, and I am very excited about the direction our chamber is heading.

 

Charity Plumbing, LLC offers full service and complete customer satisfaction for all of your plumbing and sewer needs. Our mission is to Give Back to Our Community for a Better Tomorrow; a portion of EVERY service call is donated to one of our partnered local charities. And in an effort to give back directly, once a month we will be selecting a family from our service requests to recieve a free service call (up to 2 hours of labor and up to $200.00 in parts/materials). 

I'm Sam Goodman, Human & Organizational Performance consultant ("The HOP Nerd"), creator of the "Starting Points Operationally Curious Questions" framework for proactive operational learning.

With nearly 20 years in HOP, Safety, and Leadership (including nuclear and high-risk industries), my passion is helping organizations learn from daily work.

Through The HOP Nerd LLC, I partner globally across diverse sectors (healthcare, energy, mining, manufacturing, etc.) to operationalize HOP, build effective Learning Teams, and foster cultures of curiosity and improvement.

My focus is on organizational learning, shared also as a keynote speaker, best-selling author, and host of The HOP Nerd Podcast.
